This project is a recreational and tourism complex in a district of Chitgar Synthetic water pool which is located in one of the main paths of Tehran to Alborz. Other than special location, this project has special view to Chitgar lake and Alborz mountain. The concept of designing has been Considered the project location which should have an interaction to Alborz mountain. Reaching to ascending form by functional viewpoint that demonstrates the domains and mountains . Accessibility on the roof of the complex, which provides a better view of the road for the viewers and it also has a central courtyard that is shaped by the ancient rotation of the square pattern with a path defining the accessory. This complex includes the restaurant, Cafe, shopping center and a recreational space for kids and adults.
