According to have a public building we tried to have a pure and simple form to be known as a Landmark.  The cyan color is a symbol of being environmentalist among Iranian people it is an identification of Iranian and Iranian art that is relating to the architecture. We have used this color in the elevation shell. The transparent shell having privacy and introspection and because of its transparency, it can be extraverted too and has a contemporary and close communication with the city. Having introspection and extroversion together is a trait that Iranian architecture includes it. Considering to lighting at nights and utilizing of lighting equipment. After all, we tried to decrease the cost of building by knowing the materials and their usage.
