The utilization of renewable architecture to coexist with nature is a solution for protecting the ecology to reviving life. Reaching to instructions for designing to respect nature and making a balanced interaction between human and its environment and to prevent further harms. Having two trees in the site as a symbolic element and critical look of removing trees with the aim of respecting nature. We had efforts to keep the privacy of transparence spaces cause privacy was one of the main rules in Iranian architecture. Regarding the minimalism style in designing and project’s aesthetic, in addition, solving economic problems were the aims of the project. Having an entrance balcony as a symbol of Iranian architecture makes a feeling of inviting, openings in any direction makes a specific frame and increases the quality of architecture spaces are the features of this building. Considering to villa’s locating and site analysis made us choose a brick as a recycling and functional material in structure and for minimalization action in designing.
